Shipper/Receiver
On-site – Milton, ON
$22.00/hour
Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
The role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, assembling and repairing products, updating inventory in the system, and working in both indoor and outdoor settings. Forklift operation and attention to detail are key.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
- Prepare and package outgoing orders
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
- Perform product assembly and minor repairs
- Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain organized stock
- Coordinate transport logistics and shipping documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 2–4 years of warehouse or industrial experience
- Forklift experience required
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset
- Strong communication, math, and organizational skills
- Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items
- Clean criminal record
