Job Description:

As an IT Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, selecting, and integrating IT talent within our company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Searching for qualified IT candidates through recruitment platforms, social media, and other channels.

• Conducting interviews to assess candidates’ skills in alignment with client needs.

• Increasing the number of qualified candidates in the database.

• Identifying and developing business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients and promoting our HR services.

• Performing any other related tasks linked to the position.

Qualifications Required:

• Degree in an appropriate field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevent experience in the information technology field and a strong interest in sales.

• Knowledge of technical roles (developers, systems engineers, etc.).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (French an asset).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact effectively with clients.

• Ability to work collaboratively and support team members.
