Synergie is currently seeking a dedicated, confident, organized administrative assistant for our Mississauga client. Located by the Pearson airport, this role will be 100% in office to start. We are looking for a self-starter, independent but right-hand person to the Directors.
Responsibilities
· Monitoring priority email correspondence
· Event planning
· Travel planning for large groups
· Webinar arrangements, setting up
· Social media monitoring
· Assistance to the Directors as needed
· Reception coverage
Qualifications
· 2-3 years’ experience in administrative capacity
· Strong technology skills: Microsoft, Zoom, Active Campaign, Pipe Dream
· Experience or education within the financial or insurance industry strong asset
· Familiar with event planning
· Familiar with travel arrangements
· Strong customer service skills
· Energetic and personable
· Dedicated, willing to put in the work
· Confident communicator
· Detail oriented
· Curious
· Clean criminal background
