Customer Service Representative

North York Region

$60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year

In this role you will join a leading contract furniture manufacturer with a dedicated and hardworking team offering an exceptional working environment.

Responsibilities:

You will interact with customers daily to ensure that their orders are processed efficiently.

You will prepare quotes based on client needs and make revisions as necessary.

You will help the customer with the customized drawing, ensuring that all necessary purchase orders are processed.

You will be working on-site in North York.

Requirements:

Experience in custom office furniture is essential, with a solid understanding of the customized product process.

Experience in customer service or project management in the office interior industry.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
