In this role you will be responsible for providing professional level administrative support within the project management team.

As a key member of the project team, the project coordinator will be a part of a team delivering exceptional quality work to clients as well as the internal teams. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual.

Responsibilities:

  • You will meet project requirements to ensure deliverables are accomplished on time, on budget, at the highest quality standards.
  • You will participate in the development, and implementation of a set of standards by which all client service staff operate to create a best in practice culture and similar level of service.
  • You will coordinate with internal operational groups throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate deliverables to meet project objectives.
  • You will respond to client communication in a timely accurate manner, understand client needs and feedback, and collaborate and consult with clients/team.
  • You will document and report, create scripts and website text, provide project training, and perform analysis of reporting to ensure quality and results.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or related roles
  • At least 1 year of direct client/customer contact in a professional environment, (legal/finance environment preferred).
  • Fluent communication skills in French and English
  • Bachelor degree
  • Strong project planning and organizational skills
  • Able to react to changing situations maintaining effectiveness and enthusiasm
  • Top-notch MS Office
  • Comfortable dealing with sensitive information.
  • Clean criminal record search.
