Business Development Agent

Permanent, Full-Time

Are you passionate about business development and phone sales? Do you enjoy building strong relationships with clients while working in a dynamic environment? Join our team as a Business Development Agent!

Job Description:

·       Prepare lists of potential clients

·       Make cold calls to engage potential clients

·       Present our company and HR services

·       Follow up with clients diligently

·       Maintain up-to-date records of clients in our database

·       Coordinate appointments between prospective clients and representatives

Qualifications Required:

·       Minimum of 3 years of experience in phone sales or business development

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English to support divisions across Canada

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
