The Billing Coordinator analyzes and processes billing reports, drafts client bills, and manages partner client portfolios.


The Billing Coordinator analyzes and processes billing reports, drafts client bills, and manages partner client portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy of billing information
  • Corresponding with clients, answering questions, and resolving issues 
  • Following up on outstanding payments
  • Preparing and sending invoices
  • Maintaining and updating records
  • Reconciling account discrepancies

Requirements:

  • College diploma or degree in finance
  • At least 1 year of experience in client billing
  • Experience with billing software
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills with different stakeholders in English and French (preferred)
  • Ability to generate and interpret billing reports
