We are looking for an experienced and innovative Bilingual Trade Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that support retail sales partners and maximize product sales and visibility. In this role, you will collaborate with sales teams and retail partners, analyze market trends, and create impactful promotional campaigns to drive business growth.  This will be a contract role, anticipated end will be end of Sept 2025

Responsibilities

Ø  Lead, manage, and motivate a team of two marketing professionals.

Ø  Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to increase market share and profitability.

Ø  Collaborate with sales teams to create tailored strategies for retail partners and sales channels.

Ø  Design promotional materials such as in-store displays, catalogues, and point-of-sale materials.

Ø  Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to enhance product placement and collaboration.

Ø  Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

Ø  Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure maximum ROI.

Ø  Stay informed on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive activities to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

Ø  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Ø  5+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or a similar role in the consumer goods industry.

Ø  Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.

Ø  Excellent project management, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Ø  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SAP S4/Hana is a plus.

Ø  Proven ability to develop engaging promotional campaigns and marketing materials.

Ø  Strong ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt strategies based on market feedback.

Ø  Flexibility with work hours and willingness to travel for store visits, trade shows, and meetings.
