Bilingual Sales Support (French/English)

Markham, ON

Salary:  $55k

Company paid benefits and pension plan available after waiting period completed. 

2 weeks vacation to start

The Bilingual Sales Coordinator provides support to enable the sales team and management to maximize revenue opportunities.  You will interact with other departments including external sales persons and accounts directly

In this role:

·       Provide overall support for VP Sales, management and external sales agents

·       Collaborate with sales management to define and execute strategic priorities

·       Supports the sales team on strategic planning, sales strategy, and special projects, i.e. trade shows etc.

·       Support sales operations functions for sales team and sales management

·       Responsible for the maintenance of the company’s B2B wholesale platform and customer websites

·       Occasionally assist other departments as required while managing daily workload

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree or college degree

·       2-5 years experience in a comparable role

·       Must possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

·       Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must

·       Must have excellent English and French language skills, both written and spoken

·       Preference will be given to those with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or SAP S4/Hana public cloud knowledge.

·       Occasionally, this role may involve standing for a couple of hours and lifting up to 30 lbs.

·       Must have a valid driver’s license, their own vehicle, and the willingness/ability to travel locally

·       Clean criminal background
