Bilingual Marketing Specialist

Markham, ON

Salary:  $55k

The Bilingual Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Marketing Manager, is a key member of the marketing department touching on initiatives for all brands within the company.  Responsible for content in social media, web communications and e-campaigns both in English and French

Responsibilities

·         Working with internal and external teams to create, edit, publish and share social media content and campaigns

·         Ensuring social media and websites are kept up to date and relevant

·         B2B marketing campaigns

·         All digital marketing (SEO/SEM) on company websites, email, social media and display advertising

·         Measure and report performance of campaigns

·         Assist with the creation of successful marketing strategies

·         Use website and social analytics to measure results

·         Evaluate new technologies

·         Plan and track marketing efforts

·         Manage brand specific social communications/email campaigns

Requirements

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience in comparable role with consumer goods company

·         Creativity and able to identify target audiences

·         Experience with creating/managing paid campaigns on Meta

·         Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics.  Google Search Console experience is asset

·         Amazon AMS, Criteo and Syndigo experience is asset

·         CMS platforms would be asset

·         Ability to analyze large amounts of data

·         Flexibility regarding hours of work, overtime may be necessary

·         Excellent communication skills in English and French, written and verbal is vital
