Accounting Operations Manager – A/R & Credit
Bradford, ON
Salary:
$100-110K
This permanent role offers an opportunity to drive operational excellence with
hands on leadership. The ideal candidate has secured a CMA/CPA designation with
management expertise. Experience in
Wholesale Sales or Distribution would be huge asset!
Responsibilities:
- You will manage the day-to-day receivables and debtor activities to maintain customer accounts.
- You will ensure delinquent accounts are managed timely.
- You will mitigate client credit risks.
- You will negotiate payment programs for delinquent accounts.
- You will be considered a mentor to the team through strong guidance.
- You will develop budgets, reports and other accounting related needs.
- You will coordinate with Government agencies.
Requirements:
- You have completed a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance with a CMA/CPA designation.
- You have at least 7 + years’ experience within Accounts Receivable, Credit
- You have at least 5 years in a management role
- You have superior excel skills.
- Agility in learning new software; Ability to simultaneously manage multiple systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
- You thrive in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- You are ready to work onsite.
