Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth flow of internal processes and the successful execution of operations. Your responsibilities will include:

 

·       Producing various documents (reports, letters, memos, etc.);

·       Performing various data entries in the ATS as requested;

·       Ensuring compliance of files according to company standards and policies;

·       Sending work schedules to temporary employees;

·       Sending and tracking timesheets for temporary employees;

·       Liaising with the accounting department for all requests such as terminations or vacations;

·       Conducting assessment tests and entering results into the ATS;

·       Executing any other related tasks.

 

Required Qualifications:

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;

·       Degree in secretarial studies or a related field;

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software;

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English to support divisions across Canada;

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

·       Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients;

·       Aptitude for collaboration and supporting team members;

·       Available Monday to Friday during the day for 37.5 hours per week;

·       Strong computer skills.
